Hand-Woven Bookmarks

NEIP purchases Handmade Bookmarks hand-woven by the women of the villages of North East India in order to begin helping some of them earn a supplemental income. While this is not a long term solution, it will help those to get started in other various work ventures; act as an alternative to micro-loans; help them to save for emergencies, pay for their child's education, or even receive the proper healthcare they require.

NEIP will send you a Handmade Bookmark as a gift for a donation of any amount to the Economic Development Fund (suggested donation is for $5 or more). All you have to do is request one in the comment section of your donation, and we will gladly send one your way! Click here to give a gift now...
